Commitment to Accessibility

Criemhild, Inc. is committed to making the Aethel Criemhild website accessible to all users, including people with disabilities. We are working to continually improve the user experience for everyone and to apply relevant accessibility standards across our website, including our informational pages, contact form, and Criemhild Order Portal.

Conformance Status

We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C), as our accessibility target. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible for people with disabilities and more user-friendly for everyone.

Our website is partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 Level AA. "Partially conformant" means that some parts of the content may not yet fully conform to the standard. We are actively working to identify and address these areas and to consider the additional success criteria of WCAG 2.2.

Measures We Take

Our efforts to support accessibility include:

• Providing text alternatives for meaningful images and marking decorative images so that screen readers can skip them.
• Designing pages, forms, menus, and the cookie consent banner to be navigable by keyboard.
• Providing visible labels, required-field indicators, and error messages for form fields.
• Reviewing color contrast and text sizing, and supporting browser zoom.
• Reviewing new content and features for accessibility before launch, and periodically reviewing the website.

Known Limitations and Third-Party Content

Despite our efforts, some content may not yet be fully accessible. For example:

• Some decorative or stylized text, small labels, and image-based content may not meet all contrast or text-alternative requirements.
• Downloadable documents, such as equipment specification sheets, may not be fully accessible. Accessible versions are available on request.
• Some content and services are provided by third parties, such as social media platforms, embedded services, and form-processing tools, and are outside our full control.

If any content is not accessible to you, please contact us and we will provide the information in an alternative format or through an alternative method.

Compatibility

The website is designed to be compatible with current versions of major web browsers and commonly used assistive technologies, such as screen readers and screen magnifiers. Older browsers and assistive technologies may not display or operate the website as intended.
